St. Croix Central High School Leadership Team

At St. Croix Central High School, we are committed to providing an excellent education, fostering leadership, and creating opportunities for every student to succeed. Our leadership team works collaboratively to ensure that all students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally throughout their high school journey.

Leadership Team Members

Andrea Hobson, Principal
As the instructional and administrative leader of St. Croix Central High School, Mrs. Hobson sets the vision for academic excellence, student achievement, and school culture. She works closely with faculty, staff, and families to maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment. Her responsibilities include overseeing curriculum and instruction, managing school operations, building community partnerships, and guiding the professional growth of educators. As the chief advocate for students, Mrs. Hobson ensures that the school’s mission and vision remain at the heart of every decision, inspiring the entire Carib community to strive for excellence.

Ms. Hobson is supported by four assistant principals and a dean of students.  Each assistant principal is assigned a cohort of students that they follow from freshman year through graduation, providing continuity in leadership and guidance that strengthens relationships with students, families, and teachers. They oversee designated academic departments, monitor student progress, provide academic, social, and behavioral support, and assist teachers with instructional leadership and curriculum planning. In addition, they communicate with parents, supervise grade-level activities, maintain a safe and productive school environment, and advocate for student needs. As key members of the leadership team, assistant principals support the principal and serve as champions of St. Croix Central High School’s mission and vision.

Ms. Delauney oversees the Class of 2029, as well as the Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts, and JROTC departments. She supports freshmen as they transition into high school, helping them build a strong foundation for academic success and student engagement.

Ms. Cadet oversees the Class of 2027, in addition to the English and Social Studies departments. She works with juniors as they prepare for college and careers, emphasizing literacy, critical thinking, and civic responsibility.

Dureama Moorehead, Assistant Principal
Ms. Moorehead oversees the senior class- The Iconic Class of 2026.  She is also the assistant principal over the Vocational, Business, and Physical Education departments. She guides seniors as they complete graduation requirements and prepares them for postsecondary education, careers, and lifelong success.

Rameek Croskey, Dean of Students
Mr. Croskey plays a pivotal role in cultivating a safe, respectful, and positive school environment where all students can thrive. He leads efforts in promoting school culture, discipline, and student engagement, ensuring that expectations for behavior and accountability are upheld with fairness and consistency. Beyond discipline, he collaborates with teachers and families to provide students with the social and emotional support they need to succeed academically. As a member of the leadership team, Mr. Croskey partners with the principal and assistant principals to align student development with the school’s mission and vision, reinforcing a culture where every Carib is encouraged to achieve personal and academic excellence.
